Once inside our gates, you can enjoy driving your own vehicle around the game park. Take as long as you like to enjoy the peaceful nature of the reserve and see zebra, giraffe, blesbok, nyala, wildebeest impala, eland, warthogs, monkeys and more. All the animals are wild, but are accustomed to vehicles, so you can get up close to them and take amazing photographs. The roads are suitable for all vehicles, so everyone can explore the reserve.

As you arrive at the park, you will be met by our friendly and knowledgeable team who will take you on a guided walking tour around our animal enclosures. They will introduce you to the lions, jackal, warthogs, monkeys, crocodiles, camels and the petting zoo critters too. You can meet our local celebrity, Tommy the Galapagos tortoise who is over 200 years old! He doesn’t give autographs, but is great at posing for photos!

Welcome to the kingdom of the lion. Drive in to our 3 hectare lion enclosure for guaranteed sightings of the pride. Admire our huge male lion “Tsotsi” and his females as they walk down the road inches from your car. This drive through provides fantastic photo opportunities and a chance to have nothing by glass of your windows between you and the pride.

Doors to remain closed, and hands to stay inside the vehicles at all times!

We feed our lions at 2.30 pm every Saturday and Sunday. Guests are welcome to walk around with our staff and enjoy seeing the lions fill their bellies and cruch up their lunch!  This is an amazing opportunity to see the lions come right up to the fence, and no doubt catch a glimpse of their huge teeth and claws. It also makes for great photographs.

We also feed our lions during the week, but the days and times vary.  If you want to see a feeding during the week, please contact us in advance.

Our restaurant is open every day from 8.30am to 4.30 pm at the Kiosk. You can enjoy sitting on the lawn, shaded by giant leafy trees, surrounded by lion enclosures as you enjoy your food and drink.

We serve cooked breakfasts, tasty lunches and hearty dinners to suit all appetites and tastes.

There are a range of benches and tables for our guests. There is also a children’s playground to keep the little ones entertained.
